From a basic swing analysis Seth gave me a few checkpoints of what could improve on my swing, and examples of what the change should look like. I made some adjustments and could feel an improvement. I immediately followed up for a lesson. Seth took my new videos and pointed out initial building blocks that would improve my swing. He kept the drills simple and made sure I had a good understanding of what to do but also how and why it would help. I will be following up for more work.
